It takes time and effort to grow

In the first 4 years of the Chinese bamboo tree growing cycle, there is no visible activity, at least above the ground. Under the ground, the roots of the bamboo tree are spreading their reach. Quietly, the roots are getting ready for the time to come when the stem shoots above the ground surface. Once the stem appears, it only takes the tree to grow above 20 meters within a short span of 6 weeks. We literally watch the bamboo tree grow half a meter every day with our naked eyes.
The initial growing years of our children is like the Chinese bamboo tree where we don’t really see much visible signs of growth. It is crucial that we continue to nourish the foundation with the correct nutrients, making it strong in preparation for exponential growth. The right combination of sunlight, water and fertilizer will be needed.
Erudite carefully curates our programs to provide the right nutrients to allow our children to grow naturally, at a pace they are comfortable with. We believe that articulating ideas clearly, with a structured thinking and creativity mindset, is essential to our children’s growth, just like sunlight, water and fertilizer to the Chinese bamboo tree.
